So an Indian guy calls me and asks for me by - I said yes, and can I help you? He tells me that he is calling in reference to the help request I turned in for my computer, and he believes he is talking to the owner of that computer. I said that I had NOT asked for any technical help from anyone.. that I am capable of fixing most things myself, and he gets really, really indignant. WHAT? That can't be right. I have the request right here and they told me to contact you to assist you as there may be an issue with the computer. I told him that No, I would expect a message to a secure line from Dell, Apple or HP if there was an issue.

He hung up on me. Hmmm - imagine that
