It is definitely NOT legitimate. The IRS will most certainly send a letter to your address. They will NEVER call or email. Do NOT fall for this! If you call the number back, a person from India answers. Do NOT give any information to these people! THIS IS A SCAM!

Robo caller stating that IRS is trying to locate you and file a law suit on you, and this is your last notice. It ask you to call back at 320-200-8010, which is same # showing on caller ID. Honestly, I believe IRS would mail a letter to your address, if they need to contact you. Doesn't seem legit.
