If someone calls you, and they cannot speak English, it is not from the United States Government. Someone may be using a number here, but they are trying to scam/
steal from you. Just ignore these calls, or call the police on them.

They have called and called me saying I have outstanding tax bill. We have always paid out taxes, so I know this is a scam!! This man with a very heavy accent, could barely understand him, told me I owed him money. The recording said I would go to jail if I did not pay them.
