Caller ID said "City of San Jose". He had our name. Started out with "Are you aware that the Governor and PG&E" and when I interrupted to ask where he was calling from he became rude and confrontative, ranted on for maybe 30 seconds, and then he hung up. Scary.

Started asking me ?s about my utility bill. When I asked where he was calling from, he got extremely rude and obnoxious, so I hung up. He had our last name.
