Gotten multiple calls in recent weeks. I finally picked up - Total ROBO CALLER. I'm filed a complaint with the FTC. They claim to be Blueshield and ask if this is the best number to reach me then asks if I've ever had a colonoscopy! Did not get to the end or a live person..... I hung up and Blocked the number on my phone.

Same experience as the others, they have my name, and my spouse. They want to schedule testing for me which makes no sense. And they claim they wanted to update their records and send me an e-mail (which I didn't give them). I sent an e-mail to stopfraud@blueshieldca.com to report/verify.

Robo call with a message from a number that claims to be Blue Shield, and they were hacked last year. They claim I need to check my schedule and call (844) 526-5589 for an important diagnostic screening. I can't find this 844 toll free number associated at all with Blue Shield. Further, based on other sites info, the (415) number has been used for scams in the past. Not calling them for sure!

Number keeps calling me. They leave a recorded message. They know my name and say they are Blue Shield. They leave a phone number for me to call back. The number is an 844 toll free number that I looked up on google and can find no information. I would think if it would blue shield I would find that info. So I don't call the number back.
