Appears to be a debt collector service calling everyone who might know the party from whom they are attempting to collect (we were not the ones the call concerned). Very aggressive and threatening tone. Seems unconcerned regarding the provisions of the Federal Debt Collection Practices Act, and therefore may be prosecutable.
