4253725283 this number bothers,calls everyday.the speaker has different accent,and tells about a company but when he try to tell about company's name or sth,you can't understand even one word.it must be a software which collects the data about your connection ,so the more you try to hear the bizzare speaker and wait,the more they get info about your phone or credit cards.these are my conspiracy theories but i can say that is higly possible about ip based phones.Block this number,actually i blocked before but they succed to reach me again.and here is the another idea ,they are a company writing codes and they try to prove they are good at hacking staff to a bigger boss to get the job and they reach all of us.they bother us,but the gsm companies do nothing.i really fed up with these calls.and the 3rd idea,i dont think so but perhaps they are an innocent company but their speaker is a mess.BLOcK THiS NUMBER!never open a call, they never give up to call again.and we don't know why they call!!
