Receiving texts from my Ex who is stating she is calling the CIA on me because we broke up.
This might be an internet anonymous texting / calling service people use to threaten or try to blackmail people on knowing they can remain anonymous.
I get these same kind of texts from her about 2x a week from different numbers like this for the past year. Because it comes in on this anonymous number it becomes a legally gray area.
I submit the texts and calls to the police / Court handling my last restraining order against her.
