I'm having the same problem. I even got 4 of the same text message from 4 different names....but the same number, about refinancing my home. They are driving me crazy!

I called this number back after a bit of research. Turns out that It's a loan company wanting to refinance my home. The story behind it is I made the horrid mistake of clicking on an online click bait site that advertises benefits for veterans. It's not a scam but it is false advertising. Immediately after clicking the more info tab, the phone starts ringing off the hook of companies wanting to give you a VA loan on your home. I have since blocked every call.
