Pretty sure it is a scam. I posted a truck for sale and an hour later that number texted me sayin he wanted truck but was out of town. Wanted my full name and address so he could send a check and after I recieved it he would pick it up. I showed a coworker the text and she had a very similar one about buying a house. Glad she was there because I was about to send him my info. Then he texted me that he was waiting for the info.Texted him back and said have someone show uo with cash and we can do deal. And that Iddon't like to deal with scam artist over the phone. Haven't got a text back yet. They will try anything nowadays. Be cautious..and never take a check from someone u do not know. Especially if they want to mail it to u. If u cash it the police come to u and u are rwsponsible for paying it back
