He called my cell. It was a recording that said they could lower my interest rate. He asked if I pushed 1 to lower my credit rate. I said which card. He listed Visa, American Express, Sears, which I have. I informed him that I am on the Do Not Call list and how did he get through if I am on the do not call list. He immediately hung up before I could finish that sentence.
