" Hi There, A family member who lives at sunshine housing co-op located in North surrey told me that a former president of the place Mr.David Foulds is a police informer for the last 20 + years and was abusing his position, giving information about members and full access to security cameras to his buddies at RCMP, many members are aware of the fact and filled a complaint however were afraid of repercussion from Mr.Foulds or local Surrey RCMP, if there is anything you can do about it please help us out by posting this on your chat rooms, website or social media.

I have since blocked the number. My thoughts are that it is a scam and I would advise you not to answer a call from this number.
