Received call from Leanna claiming to be from Citizens bank asking for my husband by first name. I knew it was a scam as I am also on the account and she didn't know my name. Called back the number and it rings and rings before a machine finally comes on only giving her first name which is NOT allowed by Citizens bank. BEWARE: they are NOT CALLING FROM CITIZENS BANK!

Brittany from citizens bank, leaves Rhode Island number. Called that # and the voicemail greeting is also "Brittany from citizens bank." No one in banking would have a VM greeting without a full name.

Didn't answer but they left a message saying they were from Citizens Bank and asking me to call them back. If they don't leave a reason then I assume it's telemarketing and DON'T call back.
