DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL "COMPANY". Customer service is horrendous. They don't reply to emails at all. There is no way to get a refund even before the 30 day mark. I bought a Used vehicle for my son’s Christmas present in November 2020 and had the warranty package till early Summer 2021, This was obviously cancelled to to covid but no refund was allowed?? I have requested a refund again. I was told to expect a response within 30 days which I did not receive. Once they have your money they totally ignore you afterwards. They have no intention of offering a refund so my son has missed out on his Christmas present from 2020 entirely! I have emailed them back to ask them for specific contact details as I have now passed this issue on to my solicitor but they will not even respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL "COMPANY". How they can treat people, let alone a customer says so much about this "company's" trust and their work ethics truly are.
