Fraud. They claim they service Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo credit cards and your account qualifies for a lower interest rate. I told the person I don't have any of these CC, but I had US Bank, and he quickly said they service that as well, but it's not a third party. . . They are direct. He said they get their qualifications from the credit bureaus. I asked him what my name was and he responded with "I'm looking at your full account profile right now." So I asked him again, and he didn't give it to me, so I hung up and called my credit cards directly. Don't give them any information, not even your name.
