Very rude person calling saying she is in need of electrical service. Then said she was calling from 411 directory. Then said due to high volume of internet traffic. I then asked for the specific name of company and she hung up. I tried calling back to speak with a supervisor and the line was forwarded to voice mail where no calls were available. Called at different time and they refused to give company name then hung up
