This number was a robocall. It was the EXACT robocall that was reported on KOLO TV last night as the source of a current scam in which the robocaller "Josh" asks if you can hear him okay. Your "Yes" response is used to bill you for entering a contract. If you receive a call from robocaller "Josh" hang up immediately.
