same as above. this is a scam and i've received these calls before. they will do everything to intimidate and scare you. do not fall for it. hang up the phone and don't worry about it. the IRS sends letters and NEVER calls. block the number.

I got a call from them to let me know that the IRS is suing me and to call them back. I called back, he answered "IRS", I let him know I was calling back and he hung up. I called back 8 times and tried many ways to talk with them and they just kept hanging up.
I called the police and they said to report it to the Federal Government.

I also got a call from this number this morning saying the IRS was suing me. When I called back, they asked for my name and address. I said I didn't feel comfortable giving it to him over the phone and he hung up on me. Don't believe it!

Do not call back. It's a scam. IRS will NEVER call you if collecting or filing a suit. They will send you a letter. I got a call from this number as well this AM.
