An unwanted call from this Pt. Mugu VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, a pre-recorded woman's voice touted home energy savings.

This is a nationwide scam to lighten your wallet (and fatten theirs) that has made robocalls from another Pt. Mugu number, (805) 874-2989, as well as other numbers in the 805,818, and 626 area codes. DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE!
