I finally called this number back -- it is a call about "debt relief." first the woman said that she was with the student loan relief program. I told her I didn't need help with that. then she asked me if I had any credit card or tax debt that I would like help with.

I did not seek out help.

by only guess is this is some sort of phishing scam to get your information
