This is a SCAM. They absolutely refuse to give any form of info regarding payday loan. No county, No amount, NOTHING. RUDE when asked to have paperwork and proof of my signature and ID. If you have payday loan they have all of that information and will provide to collection agency. If a REAL customer service/collection...BE NICE! Just want yo to give them payment over the phone. This is a KNOWN SCAM for over a DECADE...For this person calling...COMMON SENSE...I called TX STATE ATT. GENERAL, CITY, COUNTY, STATE and Marshall POLICE. THEY have exactly where the location is and MONITORING for FRAUD.

Caller claimed I owed money from a payday loan from 2010. When I began asking questions and requesting documentation caller began reciting what seemed to be a prepared script regarding her company's intent to moderate this complaint to avoiding going to court. refused to mail me any details and didn't seem to know any specifics about the loan. She could only provide me with very high level info, my name, last 4 of social, old address, etc. I assumed this was a scam.
