I got a note on my door with this phone number. People are so quick to label something a "Scam" whenever they are afraid or in denial regarding their responsibilities and hope that it goes away. This phone number is not a scam but a voicemail system full of information and instructions regarding the note. These folks are simply following a judge's/court order to deliver official court documents to you and let you be somewhat in control of when you can receive them. I called, listened, and left my choice of days and periods of time that I would be home and available to accept delivery. They came back on one of those days I specified and served me with lawsuit papers that I needed in order to defend myself in court. They are not the bad guys. My friend is a constable and told me that these process servers do not give up or just go away but can make matters very embarrassing for people who choose not to keep it simple by answering their door or following instructions. .

Caller or Company: Its a State Process Server
