I did not recognize the number. I picked up the phone and said Hello, there was silence. Then about a minute later I heard a female voice saying "Oh. We were supposed to ..." and then hung up. I called back and got the tail end of a telemarketing robocall spiel.

It was a missed call that I didn't recognize, and there's no identifier for the caller. I have been receiving many Robo calls and telemarketer calls lately on my cell phone. The caller left no message. I suspect that it is either a robocall, a telemarketer, or a wrong number.
