The only data that we store that can be tied to you is the purchase data. If you purchased the app, please let us know the email address that you used.

If you haven't purchased the app, Google might collect data in order to display ads. We don't collect that data, but you can remove it in your Google account.

You can remove ads data and turn it off completely here: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy

Can you please send me your Castle username or the email you used to sign up for Castle so I can locate the account? There is no account associated with the email address you messaged us from.

You can also initiate a deletion directly from the app.

Since the accounts are device-based and not linked to an email, we’ll need you to open a support ticket through the app so we can retrieve the ID for your account. This will help us identify the account for which you are requesting a complete deletion.

Please open the app and follow these steps:

Go to Settings.
Select Support.
Open a ticket, and we’ll be able to retrieve the account details from there.

I did not vote for Trump, but ...if only he does one thing, it would help America so much in a tangible way: stop these brutal, don't give an ef daily abusive robo-telemarketer/scam/spammers. How about 'Make the Do not Call List mean something Again'? Criminals became so empowered by COVID and work at home. plus, they see the government lie so much from Fauci on down, and get away with it. How about, and just throwing this out there: execute scam/spam/phish/vish/POS telemarketers who harass people on the do not call registry? Make it impossible to receive any email that one cannot respond to and report as accurate to abuse departments? if you can't conform, you are banned from the internet and go to jail.
