I answered the phone, and the caller announced where he was calling from. He asked can you hear me? I said: Yes, I can hear you. But I couldn't get the name of the organization he was calling from, so I asked "where are you calling, please?"

At that time, the caller hung up on me.
The call occurred just before 2PM Pacific on March 28, 2018
from 949-438-4238

I do not know the purpose of the call, but I think it may have been simply to record my voice saying: yes, which I did within moments of answering the call.

I'm concerned about the deceitful intention of the caller, and wish I had not answered the call at all.
