I find this to be so useful, I hope others enjoy this as much as I do.
When they call, (or any other telemarketer calls), answer the phone, but do NOT say anything, and push 9 and end the call. This instantly puts your number on a DNC (do not contact) list and they won't call you again. I've done this tons of times and it does work!!
This particular company has been calling me randomly and not leaving measages for two weeks. I have literally put my number on the DNC list 3 times with this exact company, just different numbers associated with it.
This company is extremely relentless, it's to the point of harassment!!

This phone number has been calling me randomly all week at various times of the day. They refuse to leave a message, I'm not exactly sure why they are calling, for whom or their reason for calling. I called the number back from my work phone and I'm pretty sure it's a telemarketer-I hung up after the recording said that "someone will be with you shortly".

Caller leaves a recorded message that a civil suit has been filled against you...last attempt to reach you...blah...blah...blah.
There it's no civil suit against me. Use google alerts to be aware if your name is published online for any reason.
This scum bag is breaking the law. No court ever calls or uses a recorded message to serve you. They try to manipulate you pay in order to make a nonexistent civil suit go away. There are known scams like this if you Google. This trashy, worthless business moves around the country and buys new blocks of phone numbers. Report them as spam violators to do-not-call, the FCC, your voice mail provider, mobile provider, and immediately block their number!
This is a new block of numbers these spamming scamming robocaller has started using, as there are no complaints registered yet.
