This scum bag is breaking the law. No court ever calls or uses a recorded message to serve you. They try to manipulate you pay in order to make a nonexistent civil suit go away. There are known scams like this if you Google. This trashy, worthless business moves around the country and buys new blocks of phone numbers. Report them as spam violators to do-not-call, the FCC, your voice mail provider, mobile provider, and immediately block their number!
