I WAS ADVISED ABOUT A LAW SUIT ON BEHALF OF IRS. THEY WANTED ME TO WIRE $4500.00 THRU 7-11 CON STORE. IF I REFUSED, THEY WOULD SEND AGENTS TO ARREST ME. CALLED IRS AND STOP BY THEIR OFFICE, I WAS ADVISED THIS WAS A SCAM. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!

Repeat caller. A robot message claims to be from the IRS. Says "This is our last attempt to contact you." Claims that if I don't reply, a court action with jury will be taken against me. I've been receiving this same call regularly for the past few months. Sometimes daily.

someone called me I am located in nyc and told me that the irs is going to issue a lawsuit against me. The persons name identified himself as Roger Smith, I asked for an employee number, he gave me 20891. I told him I was going to report this to the irs, and he hung up
