Received automated message that was partially cut off. It said something about a case file and repeated their number and to call back right away. This is the same message I got under a different scam number last week. I guess if you block the numbers they keep calling under different ones.

Robo caller that said the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me for 2009-2014 taxes. Clowns barely spoke English. Claimed papers had been served in May, and that there was an arrest warrant for me. I told them I wanted to see the papers and all of the documentation, at which point they became belligerent and offensive. These scum are scammers that should be arrested and/or deported. The New York Attorney General's office ought to be doing more against these bottom feeding parasites.

Same as all above - Though I obviously did not give him any information, not even confirm my name but started asking him questions and he became very frazzled. He tried to tell me I had a court hearing tomorrow .. (which would have been a Sunday.) To which I played along and asked him how can I resolve this, when he started to advise of payment plans and asking for banking information I just asked how many people actually fell for his scam. Again he was baffled, and I explained that federal courts are not open on weekends, nor does the IRS have solicited phone calls. to which he replied "why didn't you just hang up?" LOL
I also have called back several times asking them for their bank account numbers, addresses etc. they wont give anything out but one tried flirting and said he was from Pakistan and "liked my voice..." Creepy
Any information anyone receives should be directed to the Court Administrator for your local Federal court. I have reported this and shared the address and company name provided on this site as well. Hopefully not to many people fall victim to scare tactics.
