I answered the phone and nobody said a word. This call is from the NY area and thousands of miles away from where I live in Canada. I have had 3 calls from NY this am, each a different number and I don't know anyone from there.

Sent a text out of nowhere that was an audio attachment and of course I never opened it and deleted it. I don't know this person and am not familiar with this number at all! Then a day later I decided to text and it says that they've read it. They seemed weirded out by my text, I said to never text me anything like that, I would never open automatically assuming it's spam or for phishing. I like messing with them back. Another day I texted again and I mentioned some random name and asked if it was them. They said yes they were that person with an exclamation point. I decided to call another time and I probably caught them off guard. Sounds like some Asian dude who can't speak English. I keep bugging them with text messages, it seems they blocked me now lol.

I asked who he was and he said "your grandson".

Received a call from this number, did not pick up. Called number from a different phone - it asks you to leave your name to be connected. Seems to be collecting your name spoken in your voice to associate with your phone number. Very suspicious.

What a low-life! Says his name is Steven and works for ADP and claims he left his wallet at home and would like to borrow $13 for train ticket to NJ. Made the mistake of loaning him $20 and never heard from him! What a way to make a living. He's scum!

I actually applied online for a loan and got a phone call from this number claiming to be the loan company. I thought it was legit at first , until I was told I had to get $3000 in prepaid visa or MasterCards so that I had some leverage to be approved for a decent sized loan, and that once I got them and give them the numbers then they can transfer the loan to the cards. All around scetchy, claimed to be a guy named David Anderson, his accent was so thick I barely understood a word he was saying

Left me a voicemail saying "deliberate ignorance of this call will be considered intentional attempt of non appearance." Uh, court summons aren't delivered via automated phone messages. They don't demand your social security number either.

Have called and left ROBO messages with multiple phones in my family. Scam claiming that I have committed fraud and that the US Govt was issuing a warrant for my arrest. Really sick of a Govt that can't get this kind of fraudulent activity under control.
