caller identified as Steve Martin or Marden. Said it's a (couldn't understand what kind of) action assisted by the US treasury, ignoring him will result in a second federal criminal offense. Then threatened with being called before a magistrate or grand jury. Accent very strong, hard to understand. Definitely a scam.

Second warning about IRS actions, total scam. Have blocked then before when they operated out of Houston, now new # in New York. Phone company should be held responsible as they must have received complaints about this scam.
