I have been texting this number for over a year now and the person says their name is Mitchell bray this person keeps telling me they live in Missouri but when I looked it up it said the person is in Hawthorne California so is this a real number or a scammer please contact me back thank you the number that texts me from is 1-424-240-5575 my number to reach me at is 1-812-947-8130

I was sent to a text about a moped I had for sale on craigslist. In the email they wanted me to cash a check they would send me. The email look too much like a scam so I told them the item was sold.

Rec'd text from this number in response to a craigslist ad I placed for the sale of furniture. Stated it was a "borrowed cell phone" and wanted me to email them at [email removed]. Claimed to be deaf and also having surgery, but would send check for sofa AND movers, instructing me to pay movers upon arrival. After tell her/him that my family was full of police, never replied to me again.
