I received a call from this number stating they are from www.cardmemberservices.com and when I told him this link did not come up on my computer then he asked me to look up Cardmember Services which still did not add up. He basically told me this call was about lowering interest rates on my credit cards and there is no fee. So the man claimed he had all my information then I said well what is the process because if you have all my information then you do not need me to give anything which was a lie. Also, he asked if I have 3000 or more credit card debts I said yes. The more questions I asked the more this guy got irritated and hung up on me.

I received call from number at 11:28am on 2/20/18. I said Hello...? No one answered instead there was just silence, so I hung up.

Called at 5pm ET on 2/19/18; answered in a professional manner. However, no one spoke, the caller was terminate, and placed in the reject caller file.
