I received an automated call stating that the IRS was trying to reach me 'for the last time' in regards to a lawsuit they are proceeding with against me. Complete scare tactic! For the heck of it I called the number back and it was definitively a foreign call center. I asked the gentleman who answered where he was calling from and after much stumbling he tried to say 'Washington DC'.
