Caller tried to sell a virus protection as a result of my computer sending out false information.

Same as above. Said my computer had a virus and offered to scan it for me...what a load! lol People, be careful. If you don't know the number, don't answer it! I have them on blocked caller list. I have had three today I have had to add.

I have been called six times and they say they are from Microsoft- when I tell them I don't have a computer (which I do) they hang up!!

Call about a critical error on my computer with microsoft software. Wanted me to input a code to "fix it". I was not experiencing any problems. I hung up.

This phone number is being used to promote Windows service scams, to get you to let them into your computer and then make you pay to fix the damage that they do. BUYER BEWARE - DON"T ... report and hang up
