This person claims to be the IRS who is taking action against you. The IRS would never call and leave a message. Just more stupid spam

I actually called number and guy claiming to be IRS and answer and I asked if he was from the Federal Government? He said yes. It sounded like a call center or boiler-room. So I told him that it didn't sound like the IRS. And he said OK have a nice day. And he hang up the phone. This is definitely a scam. I'm surprised the authorities haven't shut them down by now.....
