Today, 08-01-16, we received a call from 715-827-1784 we didn't recognize it so we didn't pick up. They left automated voicemail (female voice) asking us to call them back "about a case the IRS has against us."
The cellular number originates in Wisconsin yet we live in Texas. We're not calling back, obviously they're "phishing" for info.

Same BS they said to everyone else. I called the number back and a man with an accent answered and I asked him why he called, said he had no idea what I was talking about, I could clearly hear it was a foreign call center.

Caller stated that I owed the IRS back taxes and that an arrest warrant had been issued. Said an audit was done and our federal taxes where miscalculated and we owed $4,925. They gave the names of Michael Harrison (ID# 98256) and Manager Daniel Sanchez(ID# IRM01953), said a notice was sent to our house of the miscalculation and we didn't respond so we will be arrested. BEWARE......
