Called the number back just to see who answered and a recording said 'Medical Services Group' and said to press '1' for a representative. The person who answered spoke with a foreign accent that I could barely understand. She said she was with a pharmacy group that was in a pharmacy network and they receive information from different pharmacies across the country. She questioned me about any pain I might be having. I told her that I see my doctor for everything I need and I hung up. Lots of background noise so she was definitely in a call center. I blocked the number.
