I have gotten several calls from this number stating the its is suing me and me or my lawyer needs to call back asap. but when I call it won't even dial out so this is clearly a scam

this number was a recorded call. It claimed the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and me or my lawyer need to call it back. When I called back to ask/complain/inquire the number would not pick up and I received a message that the call could not go through as dialed.
