Gentleman claimed he was from the IRS. I immediately demanded that my name be removed from the call list. He replied that I should hang up and so we went back and forward for about 5 minutes. He threatned to send the police to my exact location hahaha. This is fake

Received a call from this number claiming that the IRS is preparing a suit against me, and I am to call this number immediately. Doubt that the IRS is doing anything via anonymous cell phone.

I just had a VM left on my cell. Part of it was cut off, but I heard, "...filing a lawsuit against you." So I called the number back (424-236-9207). They did not identify as IRS - I had to ask who I was speaking to. They asked my name and put me on hold. Though I was on hold, I stated that I felt this was a scam and that I would be reporting it. Then, right away the lady came back, and said, "ma'am I am sorry. Is your name...?" I said no, because it wasn't - she said some other persons name. Then I repeated that I would be reporting them, and hung up the phone. Hmmmmm...

Robocall stating they were the IRS and to call another number because they are filing a lawsuit against me. I knew this was a scam so I called back. First couple of times, it was dead air, the next time I called it was some man with an accent who said his name was Hall Mark. I laughed and said that is a greeting card company and he hung up. This is crazy with this scamming mess

Claimed it was the IRS with my final notice. They are filing a law suit against me. Told me to call back for more info. Did not call back since IRS would actually notify be via USPS and not a phone call.
