Received an automated call that this was a final notice before an IRS lawsuit was being filed. Called the number back, they identified as Consumer Revenue Service.... not IRS. Plus the IRS just picking up and saying "hello" basically would not happen. The woman in the phone asked for name, address, zip, amd when I said you should be able to find that as you are the IRS, she asked a few more times and then hung up. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. As we all the know.. the IRS has all of that, and having dealt with the IRS before, we received mail contact, and contact through the agency we filed taxes through.

! 641-223-1438 ! Called three times; 9:36a, 2:20p, 2:21p. This number called, 202-760-2471, 9:32a. Automated robo call, women's voice, "a warrant has been issued... monitoring personal property", etc. etc.
Have had a lot of personal problems so when my called she was extremely upset!
A lousy marketing scam! Besides THAT is not the IRS"s way!

I recognized the guys voice. Its the same family that pulled a collection scam last fall. Obviously, they kept their phone data base. Its a mom, dad, daughter and her husband.

this is 2nd call from this number. the robot call tells me "this is the irs and we are filing criminal charges against (you)." i'm supposed to call them back at 641,223.1432 to resolve this criminal matter.
