Received a text message from this phone number with an website address listed: http://insrn.eu/3MtjKwX71. When I reported the number as spam it is listed to Fund My Payday. Not sure who they are but told them to remove my name and number from their list.

I called and a computer program asked me to input the number I wanted placed on their internal do not call list. I input my number so let's see if it makes any difference.

Call claiming to be the IRS filing a lawsuit and to call them back. The IRS would never be communicating by phone without communicating in written form first.

I received a call from this number. It has to be a scam. Don't fall for it. Companies like this prey upon your fear and hope you will cooperate with them. Instead, report them to the Attorney General's office. These people should be locked up!

Scam! The IRS will not contact you by phone, only by mail. I wrote down the phone number so I could report the call to the FTC and the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA). If Iââ¬â¢d been concerned that maybe I owed money to the IRS, I knew that I could check with the IRS directly by calling 1-800-829-1040.

Got an automated voicemail at about four in the morning and then called me again later. Most likely spam, I got a rude man on the other line when I called back to try and see if it was important, who was very disparaging about my hearing disability.

Recording announces numerous attempts to reach me to discuss a lawsuit by the IRS. Obviously, the IRS would've sent me paper mail. They still use that method. Also, when I pick up, there is no person on the other end, just a recorded message identical to the previous one. Will block this number.

Supposed Iowa Department of Revenue call looking to contact someone who I have never heard of. Have received similar calls from different numbers in the past. Names are usually different..
